How much does it Cost ?
Costs will vary depending on the Location, Duration and Type of event.
We require a deposit to secure a specific date and typically have minimum spend based on a minimum of 3hrs, but may also be able to negotiate a price based on number of scans.

What do I need to Provide ?
All we need is some space and power (although we may also be able to provide – for additional cost – a generator to power the scanner if the location does not have access to a clean source of power).
We do need Internet access to run and record individual scans, but can usually hook into your WiFi, or can provide our own mobile hotspot.
Can I Hire JUST the Scanner without an Operator ?
Unfortunately No… In order to be covered under our insurance we are not able to just hire out the machine and let you run the scans (and if we did this would also require a signficant security deposit).
It is pretty important that people getting scanned for the first time also receive a proper explanation of the process, and the various metrics, and we find that people getting follow up scans often have questions…. Our trained operators will be able to provide this.
