We were recently invited by Kate Isherwood from Health At Work to carry out Body Composition Analysis Scans for DHL Staff at the DHL Global Forwarding offices at Brisbane Airport .
Health At Work offer a wealth of industry experience, managing the wellbeing programs of some of the leading public and private sector organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific Region. They regularly provide Health Expos and Staff Development Days to give staff an opportunity to taste, touch and see the effect of greater wellbeing in the workplace.
The Health Expo provided to DHL included Information on Health and Nutrition as well as Iridology, Massage and Body Scan Services.
Body Composition Analysis
Body Composition Scans offer a “snapshot” of your body’s physiological makeup and provides a fantastic way to measure how your body metrics change over time… or a great benchmark to highlight the effectiveness of a planned health/fitness regime – when you get a follow-up scan in the future.
We undertook nearly 200 Body Composition Scans for DHL Staff with our EVolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer. There was a wide range of results ranging from some individuals who were avid gym attendees and were extremely fit, to those who hadn’t seen the inside of a gym for 20+years and were wanting to make some changes in their lives.
